Journal ArticleDOI

Survey: Hub location problems: A review of models, classification, solution techniques, and applications

TL;DR: This paper focuses on reviewing the most recent advances in HLP from 2007 up to now, and a review of all variants of HLPs (i.e., network, continuous, and discrete HLPs) is provided.
Journal ArticleDOI

Robust closed-loop supply chain network design for perishable goods in agile manufacturing under uncertainty

TL;DR: In this article, a general comprehensive model for strategic closed-loop supply chain network design under interval data uncertainty is proposed, which considers various assumptions such as multiple periods, multiple products, and multiple supply chain echelons as well as uncertain demand and purchasing cost.
Journal ArticleDOI

Robust closed-loop global supply chain network design under uncertainty: the case of the medical device industry

TL;DR: In this paper, a comprehensive optimization model is proposed to maximize the after-tax profit of a closed-loop global supply chain for medical devices under uncertainty, where the uncertainty of the decision-making environment is modelled using the budget of uncertainty concept in interval robust optimization.
Journal ArticleDOI

A parallel variable neighborhood search for the multi-objective sustainable post-sales network design problem

TL;DR: A parallel multi-objective heuristic based on variable neighborhood search (VNS) is developed to find Pareto-optimal solutions and comparing the proposed heuristic with a standard VNS demonstrates the success of parallelization in thoroughly exploring solution space as well as improving number and quality of Paretimal solutions.
