The course explores three distinct areas within marketing and sales namely, digital marketing, traditional sales prospecting, and executive sales organization and strategy. The continuing convergence of the digital marketing and sales funnels has created a strategic continuum from digital lead generation to digital sales. The course identifies the current composition of this digital continuum while providing opportunities to evaluate sales and marketing digital strategies. (2-0) Y MKT 6301 (SYSM 6318) Marketing Management (3 semester credit hours) Overview of marketing management methods, principles and concepts including product, pricing, promotion and distribution decisions as well as segmentation, targeting and positioning. (3-0) S MKT 6309 Marketing Data Analysis and Research (3 semester credit hours) Methods employed in market research and data analysis to understand consumer behavior, customer journeys, and markets so as to enable better decision-making. Topics include understanding different sources of data, survey design, experiments, and sampling plans. The course will cover the techniques used for market sizing estimation and forecasting. In addition, the course will cover the foundational concepts and techniques used in data visualization and \"story-telling\" for clients and management. Corequisites: MKT 6301 and OPRE 6301. (3-0) Y MKT 6310 Consumer Behavior (3 semester credit hours) An exposition of the theoretical perspectives of consumer behavior along with practical marketing implication. Study of psychological, sociological and behavioral findings and frameworks with reference to consumer decision-making. Topics will include the consumer decision-making model, individual determinants of consumer behavior and environmental influences on consumer behavior and their impact on marketing. Prerequisite: MKT 6301. (3-0) Y MKT 6321 Interactive and Digital Marketing (3 semester credit hours) Introduction to the theory and practice of interactive and digital marketing. Topics covered include: online-market research, consumer behavior, conversion metrics, and segmentation considerations; ecommerce, search and display advertising, audiences, search engine marketing, email, mobile, video, social networks, and the Internet of Things. The present report is submitted in response to General Assembly resolution 61/106, by which the Assembly adopted the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Optional Protocol thereto. As requested by the Assembly, a brief overview of the status of the Convention as at 3 August 2007 is presented. The report also contains a brief description of technical arrangements on staff and facilities made necessary for the effective performance of the functions of the Conference of States Parties and the Committee under the Convention and the Optional Protocol, and a description on the progressive implementation of standards and guidelines for the accessibility of facilities and services of the United Nations system. Recent efforts of the United Nations and agencies to disseminate information on the Convention and the Optional Protocol are also described.

vivida de modo grandemente subjetivo. Do ponto de vista do turista, esta experiencia integra
uma diversidade de experiencias antes, durante e depois da visita, expetativas e desejos, bem
como experiencias concretas no local, com dimensoes sensoriais, emocionais, comportamentais
e sociais, associadas a significados especificos. A compreensao da experiencia turistica, tambem
na sua dimensao sensorial, e muito relevante para a sua otimizacao e, consequentemente, para o
desenvolvimento de produtos e destinos rurais inovadores, apelativos, envolventes e distintivos
que contribuam positivamente para o desenvolvimento sustentavel do destino. Esta comunicacao
visa compreender sobretudo a experiencia sensorial vivida na Aldeia Vinhateira de Favaios e a
sua ligacao a outras dimensoes da experiencia turistica e ainda as respectivas implicacoes para o

The paper presents a review of tourism experience literature, with an emphasis on the experiential marketing paradigm and its application to tourism studies. O turismo de experiencias tem contribuido para uma mudanca de paradigma da oferta turistica, introduzindo, como fator diferenciador, maior interacao e envolvimento com os recursos locais e identitarios e a facilitacao de experiencias memoraveis e imersivas no destino, elementos-chave no dominio da co-criacao. Por sua vez, o aumento de visitantes que procuram experiencias de enoturismo tem exigido um repensar da estrategia a adotar pela oferta turistica, em prol de um desenvolvimento sustentavel dos destinos, que deverao afirmar-se pelas suas caracteristicas identitarias e distintivas. 
O presente artigo analisa a co-criacao de experiencias de enoturismo na rota da Bairrada, realcando as dimensoes de co-criacao decorrentes da perspetiva dos visitantes. Tendo por base um estudo exploratorio qualitativo, foram realizadas 22 entrevistas semi-estruturadas a visitantes da rota. Os principais resultados revelam que a interacao social, a aprendizagem e o envolvimento desencadeado pela interacao com os recursos e comunidade local sao dimensoes de co-criacao pertinentes neste contexto. Por sua vez, a participacao ativa teve menor expressividade, de acordo com os visitantes. Os resultados deste estudo contribuem para o delinear de estrategias de gestao e marketing de destinos que visam contribuir para reforcar o posicionamento da oferta de regioes vitivinicolas
