TL;DR: Fish and seafood consumption in this southern cohort was high and could account for the lower stunting rates observed in these children compared to other regions, and no relationships between other blood fatty acids and growth parameters were observed in this population.

TL;DR: Household food insecurity continues to be a good indicator of lower nutrient intake in children and belonging to a household that is severely food insecure and household size were significant predictors of children's mean micronutrient density adequacy.
