Journal ArticleDOI
Oil shale pyrolysis kinetics and variable activation energy principle
TL;DR: In this paper, a modified first order kinetic equation with variable activation energy was employed to model the total weight loss of Ellajjun oil shale samples in 350-550°C temperature range.
Journal ArticleDOI
Determination of metals as bio indicators in some selected bee pollen samples from Jordan.
TL;DR: It has been found that bee pollen produced in Jordan may be a good source of some trace elements like Se and Mg and can be used as an environmental indicator and for quality control and there were no statistically significant differences among metals in the bee pollen.
Journal ArticleDOI
Absorption of phenol and methylene blue by activated carbon from pecan shells
TL;DR: In this paper, the results showed a great ability for methylene blue removal with sorption capacity of 410 mg/g at pH 9 and solution concentration of 35 mg/l.
Journal ArticleDOI
Use of Cerium(IV) Nitrate in the Spectrophotometric Determination of Levodopa and Methyldopa in the Pure Form and Pharmaceutical Preparations.
TL;DR: In this paper, an accurate and simple quantitative method for determining levodopa and methyldopa is proposed, which has been extended to the determination of these drugs in dosage forms.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development and validation of a new HPLC-UV method for the simultaneous determination of triclabendazole and ivermectin B1a in a pharmaceutical formulation
TL;DR: A rapid, simple, and sensitive RP-HPLC analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of triclabendazole and ivermectin in combination using a C18 RP column, and there was no significant variation of the system suitability of the analytical method with small changes in experimental parameters.
