An Improved Approach for the Synthesis of Boolean Functions Using Memristor Based IMPLY and INVERSE-IMPLY Gates

TL;DR: The widely available synthesis tool ABC is used for synthesizing an arbitrary boolean function into a netlist of IMPLY gates, and an INVERSE-IMPLY gate is proposed for handling fanouts in the intermediate netlist generated by the ABC tool.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Mapping of Boolean Logic Functions onto 3D Memristor Crossbar

TL;DR: A novel 3D memristive crossbar architecture and Boolean logic computation on it is explored and the two approaches for 2D crossbar mapping are extended along with inclusion of possible parallelism between gates and the pipelining between the different layers.
Journal ArticleDOI

CoMIC: Complementary Memristor based in-memory computing in 3D architecture

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors proposed a novel sneak path-free ReRAM system capable of both memory and logic operations using complementary resistive switches (CRS) or complementary memristors (CMs) crossbar array.
