Genome-wide identification and analysis of cytokinin dehydrogenase/oxidase (CKX) family genes in Brassica oleracea L. reveals their involvement in response to Plasmodiophora brassicae infections

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper identified 36 CKX genes in cabbage using a genome-wide search method, and they were distributed unevenly across nine chromosomes in B. oleracea.
Journal ArticleDOI

Genome-wide Identification and Analysis of Cytokinin Dehydrogenase/oxidase (CKX) Family Genes in Brassica oleracea L. Reveals Their Involvement in Response to Plasmodiophora brassicae Infections

TL;DR: Three genes were significantly down-regulated and up-regulated in the susceptible and resistant material, respectively, after inoculation, which may indicate their crucial roles in resistance to clubroot disease.
Journal ArticleDOI

Genome-Wide Identification and Characterization of TCP Family Genes in Pak-Choi [Brassica campestris (syn. Brassica rapa) ssp. chinensis var. communis]

TL;DR: In this article , a genome-wide analysis of TCP gene family was performed and 26 TCP genes were identified in Pak-choi, and the results showed that most BcTCPs respond to abiotic stresses.
