Consensus for HER2 alterations testing in non-small-cell lung cancer

TL;DR: A consensus on HER2 alteration testing in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was reached in this paper , with the focus on clinicopathologic characteristics, therapies, detection methods and diagnostic criteria for HER2-altered NSCLC patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Predictive and prognostic markers for epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor therapy in non-small cell lung cancer.

TL;DR: This review will focus on EG FR-related biomarkers for their prognostic power and their ability to predict clinical benefit from EGFR-related therapy.

Search for tb Resonances in Proton-Proton Collisions at √s=7 TeV with the ATLAS Detector

Georges Aad, +3013 more
TL;DR: This Letter presents a search for tb resonances in 1.04 fb(-1) of LHC proton-proton collision data collected by the ATLAS detector at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV, exploiting the shape of the tb invariant mass distribution compared to the expected standard model backgrounds.
Journal ArticleDOI

Increased EGFR gene copy number detected by fish is associated with increased sensitivity to gefitinib in patients with bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC) (S0126)

TL;DR: Tumor tissue from 81 pts with advanced stage BAC treated with gefitinib 500mg/day in the SWOG protocol S0126 was analyzed by FISH and classified in two main categories: FISH positive (high polysomy/gene amplification) and FISH negative (disomy, trisomy and lowpolysomy).
