TL;DR: This study evaluated the MPC of ciprofloxacin, nrofloxinacin and nalidixic acid against fully susceptible trains of C. jejuni and single-step mutants arising fter exposure to sub-MPC antibiotic concentrations were investigated for the molecular basis of their fluoroquinoloneesistant phenotype.
