Journal ArticleDOI
Application of a Reggeized multiperipheral model to π − p interactions at 11 GeV/c
C. Caso,F. Conte,G. Tomasini,E. Bassler,D. Cords,G. Drews,P. von Handel,H. Nagel,P. Schilling,L. Casè,L. Mandelli,S. Ratti,G. Vegni,P. Daronian,A. Daudin,B. Gandois,L. Mosca +16 more
TL;DR: In this article, a modified multi-Regge model was used to calculate one-particle distributions of transverse and longitudinal momenta, and invariant mass distributions of the reactions with multiplicitiesn ranging from 3 to 7 and an incident momentum of 11 GeV/c.
Journal ArticleDOI
Some aspects of the reaction π−p → nπ+π− at 11 GeV/c
C. Caso,F. Conte,P. Benz,D. Cords,P. Schilling,L. Casè,M. L. Faccini,L. Mandelli,S. Ratti,G. Vegni,C. Besliu,P. Daronian,A. Daudin,B. Gandois,C. Kochowski,M. A. Jabiol,C. Lewin,L. Mosca +17 more
TL;DR: In this article, an analysis of 1268 π−p → nπ+π− interactions obtained in the 1.5 m BNHBC and in the 2 m CERN HBC exposed at the CERN proton-synchrotron to a π − beam of 11 GeV/c momentum is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Journal ArticleDOI
Cross-sections for $eta ^ - p$ reactions at 11 GeV/c and theirt-dependencereactions at 11 GeV/c and theirt-dependence
C. Caso,G. Tomasini,P. Dittmann,G. Drews,P. von Handel,H. Nagel,L. Mandelli,S. Ratti,V. Russo,G. Vegni,P. Daronian,A. Daudin,C. Kochowski,C. Lewin +13 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis of A1 and A2 production in π-p collisions at 11 GeV/ccollisions at 11 GeV/c
F. Conte,G. Tomasini,D. Cords,P. Dittmann,P. von Handel,B. Hellwig,L. Mandelli,S. Ratti,V. Russo,A. Silvestri,G. Vegni,P. Daronian,A. Daudin,B. Gandois,C. Kochowski,C. Lewin,L. Mosca +16 more
TL;DR: In this article, the A1 and A2 mesons are observed in the π+π-π- mass distribution of the reaction π-p → πpπ+π-. Comparison of this mass distribution and in general of this reaction with OPEM calculations shows that the enhancement in the A 1 mass region is most likely a resonance and cannot be interpreted as a kinematical effect.
