TL;DR: In this article, the effects of environmental policy and management measures on economic and ecological sustainability on Dutch dairy farms were analyzed using a dairy farm LP (linear programming) model, where seven indicators were included in the model: eutrophication potential, nitrate concentration in groundwater, water use, acidification potential, global warming potential, terrestrial ecotoxicity, and aquatic ecology.
