Histamine-releasing properties of Polysorbate 80 in vitro and in vivo: correlation with its hypotensive action in the dog.
TL;DR: These studies show that Polysorbate 80 releases histamine both in vitro and in isolated mast cells from rats and in vivo in the dog, and that the plasma concentrations are correlated with the haemodynamic responses.
Journal ArticleDOI
Histamine release during an experimental coronary thrombosis in awake dog
TL;DR: During the first day after the myocardial infarction a ventricular arrhythmia developed and plasma histamine levels were found significantly increased, reterning to the basal values when the sinusal rhythm was restored, and dimaprit was able to decrease the number of ventricular extrasystoles and to modulate plasma histamines levels.
Journal ArticleDOI

Patent
Pyrrole amides and therapeutic use thereof
TL;DR: In this article, the present invention relates to new derivatives of pyrrole of formula: ##STR1## in which: R1 represents an atom of hydrogen, a lower alkyl group, a phenyl radical or a pyridyl-2 radical, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, R3 and R4 represent a cycloalkyl radical, and the radical ##STR2## is a heterocyclic amine radical.
Journal ArticleDOI
New analogs of somatostatin with unexpected effects in vivo on insulin basal secretion in the rat (1)
J. Diaz,C. Cazaubon,Henri Demarne,Gagnol Jean P,R. Guegan,Y. Muneaux,P. Perreaut,Richaud Jp,M. Vedel,Romeo Roncucci +9 more
TL;DR: Vingt analogues de la somatostatine ont ete synthetises par un procede intermediaire entre la synthese en phase solide et en solution as mentioned in this paper.
