The system includes a state detector configured to detect an operated state of the clutch during the clutch is shifted from a disengagement state to an engagement state. The system includes a restart controller configured to determine whether to enable or disable the restart of the internal combustion engine according to the operated state of the clutch detected by the state detector.

A driving/braking force manipulation control input of a k-th wheel, which denotes one or more specific wheels among a plurality of wheels of a vehicle, is determined such that a required condition concerning a relationship among a road surface reaction force that may act from a road surface on the k-th wheel on the basis of the detected values or estimated values of a side slip angle and a friction characteristic of the k-th wheel, a feedback control input related to the driving/braking force of the k-th wheel for bringing a difference between a state amount of the vehicle and a reference state amount close to zero, a driving/braking force feedforward control input based on a drive manipulated variable supplied by a driver of the vehicle, and a k-th wheel driving/braking force manipulation control input is satisfied. This arrangement makes it possible to properly control a motion of an actual vehicle to a desired motion while properly considering the characteristics of a road surface reaction force acting from a road surface on a wheel.

An automotive internal combustion engine control system transmits the output of a starting motor capable of operating as a generator to an internal combustion engine in starting the internal combustion engine, and transmits the output of the internal combustion engine to accessories while the internal combustion engine is in operation. The automotive internal combustion engine control system includes a transmission mechanism that transmits the output of the starting motor to the accessories while the internal combustion engine is stopped for a predetermined condition, transmits the rotation of the drive shaft of the starting motor to the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine at a high first gear ratio in starting the internal combustion engine, and transmits the rotation of the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine to the drive shaft of the starting motor at a low second gear ratio while the internal combustion engine is in operation to operate the starting motor as a generator. The transmission mechanism enables driving the accessories by the starting motor while the internal combustion engine is stopped, smoothly starting the internal combustion engine and efficient energy regeneration while the internal combustion engine is in operation.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control device for controlling automatic stop and restart of an engine of a vehicle for reducing fuel consumption which provides an excellent driving feeling and avoids wasteful fuel consumption by suppressing frequent repetition of stop and restart of the engine wastefully. SOLUTION: When the vehicle is in a decelerating state, fuel cut is executed to avoid wasting fuel while the rotation of the engine 1 is maintained by coupling a crankshaft 2 with an axle 11 by a lockup clutch 16 and the like. When a brake stepping amount thereafter is equal to or larger than a first predetermined value S1, it is estimated that the driver intends to stop the vehicle and a quick stop process of the engine rotation is executed except for the case of heavy braking. When the brake stepping amount during this process or after rotation stop decreases to equal to or smaller than a second predetermined value S2, it is estimated that the driver has intention for reacceleration of the vehicle, and fuel supply is resumed, a starter 7 is actuated and the engine 1 is rotated equal to or faster than a predetermined engine speed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic stop and starting device for an engine in a vehicle, that can shift from brake release more smoothly into an engine driving state. SOLUTION: An ECU 10 determines braking force just enough to impede the movement of a vehicle according to the inclination of the road surface based on a road surface inclination sensor 16, stops an engine 1 when braking force just enough to impede the movement of the vehicle by the operation of a brake pedal is applied, while monitoring the operating quantity of the brake pedal based on a brake pedal operating quantity sensor 15, determines braking force just enough to impede the movement of the vehicle according to the inclination of the road surface based on the road surface inclination sensor 16 after the stop of the engine 1, and restarts the engine when braking force becomes smaller than the braking force just enough to impede the movement of the vehicle. In this case, the ECU 10 restarts the engine 1 between the time of relaxation of braking force by the brake pedal and the time of release of the brake pedal.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle amorphous laminated wood. SOLUTION: An amorphous laminated wood 1 is manufactured by laminating multiple amorphous thin plates 2 and magnetic steel sheets 3 to which an adhesive agent is applied, heating, and compressing them in a heating furnace. In general, since the plate thickness of an amorphous plate 2 is very thin, it is disadvantageous, e.g., to a punching process using a press machine, and it is also difficult to handle. On the other hand, if two or more amorphous plates 2 and magnetic steel plates 3 are superimposed and joined; they become easy to handle with stable processability, and thus, can respond to a punching process using a press machine. In particular, if a plate thickness is 0.1 to 1 mm or so, manufacturing steps using a press machine and manufacturing facilities can be used for them similarly to a motor core formed by a conventional magnetic steel plate, and so, a motor core that uses an amorphous laminated wood 1 can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the vehicle regenerative braking device that controls the collection of the inertial energy of the vehicle by driving the compressor 21 of a refrigerating cycle device for air conditioning when braking is applied, a coolant storage device 26 is connected parallel to an evaporator between the outlet of the expansion valve of the refrigerating cycle device and the inlet of the compressor. When braking is applied, the driving power of the compressor 21 is increased, and an electromagnetic valve 27 is opened to prevent the excessive cooling of the evaporator 25 by increasing the flow rate of low-tension coolant to the coolant storage device 26.
