Journal ArticleDOI

Solid-phase synthesis of quinazolin-4(3H)-ones with three-point diversity

TL;DR: In this article, a versatile method for the solid phase synthesis of differentially substituted quinazolin-4(3H)-ones using immobilized arylguanidines was developed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solid phase synthesis of 2-aminoquinazoline-based compounds.

TL;DR: A versatile method for the solid-phase synthesis of 2-aminoquinazoline-based derivatives, 3-substituted-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-2-amines and imidazoquinazolines, has been developed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Base catalyzed intramolecular transamidation of 2-aminoquinazoline derivatives on solid phase

TL;DR: The methodology led to the synthesis of an important class of cardiotonic agents: imdiazo- and pyrimido-quinazolines from the corresponding 2-aminoquinazoline hydrobromide salt under mild basic conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solid phase synthesis of 3,5-disubstituted oxazolidin-2-ones

TL;DR: In this article, a resin bound phenolic group was treated with (±)-epichlorohydrin followed by opening of the epoxide ring with sodium azide, and the resulting 1-azido-3-aryloxypropan-2-ol was treated by p-nitrophenylchloroformate and subsequent Staudinger's cyclization using PPh3 yielded a 5-substituted oxazolidinone.
