A monoclonal antibody reactive with an activated ras protein expressing valine at position 12

TL;DR: A monoclonal antibody designated DWP that reacts with synthetic dodecapeptides containing valine at position 12 and not with peptides containing glycine, arginine, serine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid or alanine at the same position is described.
Book ChapterDOI

Transforming genes of neoplasms.

TL;DR: The results indicate that the same or closely related transforming genes were activated in a human mammary carcinoma and in six independent mouse mammaries induced by either viral or chemical carcinogens.
Journal ArticleDOI

A binding site for germ cell nuclear factor within c-mos regulatory sequences.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that another nuclear receptor superfamily member, germ cell nuclear factor (GCNF), binds to a sequence overlapping the c‐mos COUP‐TF binding site, suggesting that GCNF may serve as a regulator of c‐Mos transcription.
