Bit-flipping BIST
TL;DR: A scan-based BIST scheme is presented which guarantees complete fault coverage with very low hardware overhead, and it is shown that the output of an LFSR which feeds a scan path has to be modified only at a few bits in order to transform the random patterns into a complete test set.
Journal ArticleDOI
Application of deterministic logic BIST on industrial circuits
TL;DR: Experimental results show that complete fault coverage can be achieved for industrial circuits up to 100 K gates with 10,000 test patterns, at a total area cost for BIST hardware of typically 5–15%.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Deterministic BIST with multiple scan chains
TL;DR: A deterministic BIST scheme for circuits with multiple scan paths is presented and a procedure is described for synthesizing a pattern generator which stimulates all scan chains simultaneously and guarantees complete fault coverage.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Using BIST control for pattern generation
TL;DR: A deterministic BIST scheme is presented which requires less hardware overhead than pseudo-random BIST but obtains better or even complete fault coverage at the same time.

Medical image viewing protocols
TL;DR: In this article, a method, computer program and device for creating a viewing protocol for medical images is described, where at least a first site of interest is identified in a medical imaging data set captured from the patient.
