Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, the X-ray powder diffraction patterns showed that the products were hexagonal SnS 2 phase and transmission electron microscope images displayed that the samples were laminar particles with the average size of about 150nm.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, the first millimeter-scale tubular crystals were synthesized via a hydrothermal method at 185 °C and a possible growth mechanism of CuS tubular crystal was proposed.
Abstract: CuS millimeter-scale tubular crystals were synthesized for the first time via a hydrothermal method at 185 °C. A possible growth mechanism of CuS tubular crystals was proposed.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, an iodine transport hydrothermal route has been developed to prepare PbSnS 3 nanorods at 200°C for the first time, and X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscopy results show the as-synthesized PbS 3 displays rod-like morphology with diameters of 50-60 nm and lengths of up to a few micrometers.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: The SbSI rodlike crystals with studded pyramids were synthesized from the reaction among antimony trichloride, thiourea, and excessive sodium iodide under moderate hydrothermal conditions at 200°C as mentioned in this paper.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, a mesoscale octaantimony decaoxide dihydroxide iodide (Sb 8 O 10 (OH) 2 I 2 ) tubular crystals have been successfully synthesized for the first time through a hydrothermal route from Sb 2 S 3, NaI and NaOH at 200°C.
