Journal ArticleDOI

The effect of Al-doping on the structural, optical, electrical and cathodoluminescence properties of ZnO thin films prepared by spray pyrolysis

TL;DR: In this article, aluminum doped zinc oxide (Al-doped ZnO) thin films were deposited by the spray pyrolysis technique onto the glass substrates at 450°C using anhydrous zinc chloride (ZnCl 2 ) and aluminum chloride (AlCl 3 ), respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparison of structural, morphological, linear and nonlinear optical properties of NiO thin films elaborated by Spin-Coating and Spray Pyrolysis

TL;DR: In this paper, a comparative study of spincoating and spray pyrolysis of NiO thin films was performed using X-ray diffraction and the atomic force microscope, and the optical properties of the deposited films were characterized with the analysis of the experimentally recorded optical transmittance data in the spectral wavelength range of 300-850 nm via a JENWAY6715 UV-vis spectrophotometer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of (Co, Fe, Ni) doping on structural, optical and electrical properties of sprayed SnO2 thin film

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of (Co, Fe, Ni) doping on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of tin oxide (SnO2) thin films was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spin-coated nickel doped cadmium sulfide thin films for third harmonic generation applications

TL;DR: In this paper, different percentages of Nickel (0, 2, 4% and 6%) doped CdS thin films have been deposited on glass substrates by the solgel spin-coating technique.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spin-coated Tin-doped NiO thin films for third order nonlinear optical applications

TL;DR: In this paper, a self-made spin-coater was employed to deposit pure and Sn doped nickel oxide thin films on glass substrates and the tin doping impact on the structural, linear and nonlinear optical properties of the spincoated NiO thin films was studied.
