Journal ArticleDOI
Impedance Measurements during Anodization of Aluminum
TL;DR: The impedance of growing anodic oxide layer is inductive in a certain frequency range as mentioned in this paper, and the relaxation effect is related to the occurrence of transients after changes in current density or applied electric field.
Journal ArticleDOI
Soft‐magnetic properties and structure of Fe/CoNbZr multilayers
TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetic and structural properties of ion beam sputtered Fe/CoNbZr multilayers were studied as a function of the CoNiBZr and Fe layer thickness.
Journal ArticleDOI
The Dielectric Breakdown of Anodic Aluminum Oxide
TL;DR: In this paper, anodischen Al2O3-Filmen with Dicken zwischen 200-2500 A werden dielektrische Durchschlage gemessen (nonshorting-Methode) and gezeigt, das die dicht bei der Anodisierungsfeldstarke liegt, unabhangig von der Dicke ist.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical conductivity of Li doped MnO
C. Crevecoeur,H.J. de Wit +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the slopes of logρ and α vs. 1 T are quite different which can be explained by a hole mobility increasing exponentially with temperature, and the small polaron character of the holes is connected with Jahn-Teller deformations caused by the holes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Induced anisotropy of amorphous CoFeSiB and CoNbZr magnetic materials
TL;DR: In this paper, anisotropy induced by magnetic annealing was studied on amorphous CoFeSiB and CoNbZr layers and the kinetics of inducing the anisotropic effect was slowed down by a preanneal at 400°C.
