TL;DR: In this paper, the Czochralski-pulling method was used to grow a monoclinic single crystal of UIr with the monocline structure in a tetra-arc furnace.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pressure–temperature phase diagrams of some heavy fermion systems
Tatsuo C. Kobayashi,H. Hidaka,H. Hidaka,Toru Fujiwara,Masahiko Tanaka,Keiki Takeda,Teruhiko Akazawa,Teruhiko Akazawa,Katsuya Shimizu,Shingo Kirita,R. Asai,H. Nakawaki,Miho Nakashima,Rikio Settai,E. Yamamoto,Yoshinori Haga,Yoshichika Onuki,Yoshichika Onuki +17 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the pressure-temperature phase diagrams in U3P4, UP2, CeAgSb2 and CeMg2Cu9 by means of the electrical resistivity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pressure study of an antiferromagnet, CeMg2Cu9
H. Nakawaki,Yoshihiko Inada,R. Asai,Mineko Yamada,Tomoyuki Okubo,Shugo Ikeda,Arumugam Thamizhavel,Tatsuo C. Kobayashi,Rikio Settai,E. Yamamoto,Yoshichika Onuki +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of pressure on the electrical resistivity of the antiferromagnet CeMg2Cu9 which crystallizes in the hexagonal structure is studied. And the residual resistivity and the coefficient A in a Fermi-liquid relation are found to have maximum values around pc.
