Journal ArticleDOI
Deacetylation of ATG4B promotes autophagy initiation under starvation
Liang Sun,Haojun Xiong,Lingxi Chen,Xufang Dai,Xiaojing Yan,Yaran Wu,Mingzhen Yang,Meihua Shan,Tao Li,Jie Yao,Wenbin Jiang,Haiyan He,Fengtian He,Jiqin Lian +13 more
TL;DR: An acetylation-dependent regulatory mechanism that controls the role of ATG4B in autophagy initiation in response to nutritional deficiency is revealed.
Journal ArticleDOI
The effects of scoparone on alcohol and high-fat diet-induced liver injury revealed by RNA sequencing.
Min Wei,Tingting Li,Houkang Cao,Haiyan He,Chaoyue Yang,Yifan Yin,Hui-Ming Lu,Petr Novák,Kefeng Zhang,Ya Gao +9 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated the effect of scoparone on alleviating liver injury induced by alcohol and high-fat diet (HFD) in mice, and their results showed that SCO had significant hepatoprotective effects which could inhibit lipid accumulation, improve alcohol metabolism, reduce oxidative stress and inhibit inflammatory response.
Journal ArticleDOI
Butyrate limits the replication of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus in intestine epithelial cells by enhancing GPR43-mediated IFN-III production
Haiyan He,Xue-Gong Fan,Hai-Yan Shen,Hongchao Gou,Chunhong Zhang,Zhicheng Liu,Bing Zhang,Nile Wuri,Jianfen Zhang,M Liao,Le-Tu Geri +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , butyrate treatment activated the interferon (IFN) response and inter-feron-stimulated gene (ISG) expression in porcine intestinal epithelial cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
The effects of taraxasterol on liver fibrosis revealed by RNA sequencing.
Haiyan He,Bao Xu,Pengfei Ge,Ya Gao,Ming Wei,Tingting Li,Ruobing Zhang,Bo‐Ying Li,Houkang Cao,Kefeng Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the effects of TAR in liver fibrosis and its possible mechanism were investigated by RNA sequencing, which revealed that TAR attenuated CCl4-induced hepatocyte necrosis, inflammatory infiltration and ECM deposition.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fangchinoline inhibits the PEDV replication in intestinal epithelial cells via autophagic flux suppression
Weixiao Zhang,Hai-Yan Shen,Menglu Wang,Xuelei Fan,Songqi Wang,Nile Wuri,Bing Zhang,Haiyan He,Chunhong Zhang,Zhicheng Liu,M Liao,Yugu Li,Jianmin Zhang +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the anti-PEDV effects and potential mechanisms of fangchinoline (Fan) were investigated, and Fan dose-dependently inhibited a PEDV infection at 24 h post-infection (EC50 value = 0.67 μM).
