Journal ArticleDOI
Comparison of completion thyroidectomy and primary surgery for differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed the complication rates after the completion thyroidectomy and compared them with primary total thyroidectomy, and concluded that thyroidectomy can be done safely in a specialized center with acceptable morbidity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Prognostic factors affecting survival and disease-free survival in lymph node-negative breast carcinomas
TL;DR: The objective of this study was to identify the patients who are at low or high‐risk by defining the prognostic factors in node‐negative breast carcinomas.
Journal ArticleDOI

Mehmet Ali Gulcelik,Lutfi Dogan,Mithat Camlibel,Niyazi Karaman,Bekir Kuru,Haluk Alagol,Cihangir Ozaslan +6 more
TL;DR: Reduction mammoplasty is a surgical technique that is safe in the treatment of breast cancer patients with macromastia and does not increase complication rates, and body mass index was found to be the only factor associated with the complication rates.
Journal ArticleDOI
Prognostic factors determining survival in differentiated thyroid cancer.
TL;DR: Differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) is among the most curable cancers and the prognoses of patients with DTC from an iodine‐deficient area are evaluated.
