On special relativity with cosmological constant

TL;DR: In this article, a theory of special relativity with cosmological constant SRc, R was proposed, in which the cosmology constant is linked with the invariant length, and its relation with doubly special relativity is briefly mentioned.
Journal ArticleDOI

On Beltrami model of de Sitter spacetime

TL;DR: Based on some important properties of dS space, this paper presented a Beltrami model BA that may shed light on the observable puzzle of DS space and the paradox between the special relativity principle and cosmological principle.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transgenic cotton, expressing Amaranthus caudatus agglutinin, confers enhanced resistance to aphids

TL;DR: Transgenic cotton plants expressing the ACA gene under the control of a phloem-specific promoter were generated via Agrobacterium-mediated gene transformation and insect bioassays showed that five of the six transgenic plants significantly inhibited the population growth of cotton aphid.
Journal ArticleDOI

Temperature at horizon in de Sitter spacetime

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that the horizon of the Rindler horizon in de Sitter spacetime is at zero temperature and that the thermal property of the horizon in Minkowski spacetime with a static metric should be analogous to that of the rindler-scale horizon.
Journal ArticleDOI

The principle of relativity, kinematics and algebraic relations

TL;DR: In this article, all kinematic symmetries can be set up as the subsets of the Umov-Weyl-Fock-Hua transformations for the inertial motions.
