Journal ArticleDOI
Identification of microRNAs in human follicular fluid: characterization of microRNAs that govern steroidogenesis in vitro and are associated with polycystic ovary syndrome in vivo.
Qing Sang,Zhongyuan Yao,Huan Wang,Ruizhi Feng,Haojue Wang,Xinzhi Zhao,Xinzhi Zhao,Qinghe Xing,Qinghe Xing,Li Jin,Lin He,Lin He,Lingqian Wu,Lei Wang,Lei Wang +14 more
TL;DR: This study substantially revises the understanding of the content of human follicular fluid and lays the foundation for the future investigation of the role of miRNAs in PCOS.
Journal ArticleDOI
A possible new mechanism in the pathophysiology of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS): the discovery that leukocyte telomere length is strongly associated with PCOS.
Qiaoli Li,Jing Du,Ruizhi Feng,Yao Xu,Haojue Wang,Qing Sang,Qinghe Xing,Xinzhi Zhao,Li Jin,Lin He,Lin He,Lei Wang +11 more
TL;DR: This study suggests a new role for LTL in the pathophysiology of PCOS and might have important implications for the understanding of the etiology of the disease.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quantitative methylation level of the EPHX1 promoter in peripheral blood DNA is associated with polycystic ovary syndrome.
Qing Sang,Xin Li,Haojue Wang,Huan Wang,Shaozhen Zhang,Ruizhi Feng,Yao Xu,Qiaoli Li,Xinzhi Zhao,Qinghe Xing,Li Jin,Lin He,Lei Wang +12 more
TL;DR: Direct evidence that methylation plays an important role in PCOS is provided and a novel role for EPHX1 in female reproduction is demonstrated, and knockdown and overexpression experiments in KGN cells showed that E PHX1 can regulate estradiol concentrations, and this indicates a role in steroidogenesis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polymorphisms of pentanucleotide repeats (tttta)n in the promoter of CYP11A1 and their relationships to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) risk: a meta-analysis
TL;DR: There may be an association between CYP11A1 promoter pentanucleotide repeat polymorphism and PCOS, according to case–control studies extracted from MEDLINE, Ovid EMBASE and PubMed and pooled for meta-analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nanozyme-strip for rapid and ultrasensitive nucleic acid detection of SARS-CoV-2
Xiangqin Meng,Sijia Zou,Dandan Li,Jiuyang He,Ling Fang,Haojue Wang,Xiyun Yan,Demin Duan,Lizeng Gao +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors combined recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) and FeS2 nanozyme strips to achieve facile nucleic acid amplification and subsequent colorimetric signal enhancement.
