TL;DR: In this paper, a compact two-port dual-polarized microstrip patch antenna with three-port hybrid coupler is proposed to achieve high interport isolation. But the proposed antenna has comparatively wider 10dB input bandwidth (50MHz) along with high inter-port isolation, which is not achievable in the case of full-duplex.
