Fuzzy Approach for Toffoli Gate in Quantum Computation With Mixed States

TL;DR: In the framework of quantum computation with mixed states, a fuzzy representation based on continuous t -norms for Toffoli gate is introduced and the incidence of nonseparability is specially investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimal common resource in majorization-based resource theories

TL;DR: In this article, the completeness property of the majorization lattice has been studied in the context of quantum resource theories based on majorization, i.e., theories whose conversion law between resources is determined by a majorization relationship, such as it happens with entanglement, coherence or purity.

Quantum mechanics and the interpretation of the orthomodular square of opposition

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyze and discuss the historical and philosophical development of the notion of logical possibility focusing on its specific meaning in classical and quantum mechanics, and provide an interpretation of the Orthomodular Square of Opposition exposing the fact that classical possibility and quantum possibility behave formally in radically different manners.
