Research profiling for `standardization and innovation'

TL;DR: This paper employed trend, factor, and clustering analyses to demonstrate that the standardization and innovation research has continuously grown from publication of 13 papers in 1995 to 68 papers in 2008; the majority of these papers have been published in the six subject group domains of management, economics, environment, chemistry, computer science, and telecommunications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Strategic entrepreneurship and competitive advantage of established firms: evidence from the digital TV industry

TL;DR: In this article, a conceptual framework of strategic entrepreneurship in established firms in the digital TV manufacturing industry is proposed, in which entrepreneurs' managerial capabilities of environmental sensing, opportunity seizing, strategic flexibility and entrepreneurial orientation closely interact with organizational learning, thereby facilitating sustainable performance of established firms.
Journal ArticleDOI

Maximizing a submodular function by integer programming: Polyhedral results for the quadratic case☆

TL;DR: In this paper, a new mixed integer programming (MIP) formulation for the quadratic cost partition problem was derived from a MIP formulation for maximizing a submodular function, and several classes of valid inequalities were derived using the valid inequalities for the node packing polyhedron.
Journal ArticleDOI

Telecommunication Node Clustering with Node Compatibility and Network Survivability Requirements

TL;DR: This work considers the node clustering problem that arises in designing a survivable two-level telecommunication network and proposes an integer programming formulation of the problem by decomposing the entire problem into a master problem and a number of column generation problems.
Journal ArticleDOI

Classifying and prioritizing the success and failure factors of technology commercialization of public R&D in South Korea: using classification tree analysis

TL;DR: In this article, the authors identify the success and failure factors of technology commercialization and investigate the barriers faced at the various stages of commercialization in order to determine the distinguishing characteristics of firms that apply transferred technology rather than develop technology in house.
