Synthesis of Perovskite‐Type (La1−xSrx)MnO3 (O X 0.3) at Low Temperature

TL;DR: In this article, a perovskite-type (La 1-x Sr x )MnO 3 (0≤x≤0.3) was synthesized through the sol-gel process at low temperature (400 o to 500 o C) using poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) to make a gel from an aqueous solution of lanthanum, strontium, and manganese nitrates.
Journal ArticleDOI

Metal-insulator transition and thermoelectric properties in the system (R1−xCax)MnO3−δ (R: Tb, Ho, Y)

TL;DR: In this article, the electrical properties of (R{sub 1-x}Ca{sub x})MnO{sub 3-{delta}} (R: Tb, Ho, Y) solid solutions with the orthorhombic perovskite-type structure were synthesized and their electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power were measured in the temperature range 80 to 1000 K.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of LaMnO3+δby Firing Gels Using Citric Acid

TL;DR: In this article, a gel was prepared by adding citric acid to an aqueous solution of lanthanum nitrate and manganese nitrate, and the specific surface area, the La/Mn ratio and the catalytic activity for CO oxidation on LaMnO3+δ were measured.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tetradentate Schiff base–oxovanadium(IV) complexes: structures and reactivities in the solid state

TL;DR: In this article, the crystal structures of vanadium complexes containing tetradentate Schiff base ligands, and their properties and reactivities in the solid state were described, using X-ray structure analysis and thermal analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-temperature phase transition of CaMnO3−δ

TL;DR: In this article, the high-temperature phase transition of perovskite-type CaMnO3−δ was examined by both thermal analysis (DTA) and hightemperature X-ray diffractometry.
