TL;DR: In this paper , a cohort study evaluating osteoporosis screening among women aged 65 years or older, spirometry to confirm COPD diagnosis, and cardiac rehabilitation after hospitalization for ischemic heart disease, the odds of receiving recommended services significantly declined with longer drive times.
