TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that diamond thin films formed by DC plasma chemical vapor deposition on Si(111) with a high growth rate (20 μm/h) at a substrate temperature of 800 ° C are obtained by electron and X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectrometry.
