Dynamics of the freezing process in relaxor ferroelectrics.
TL;DR: It is proposed that the relaxor characteristics are caused by a gradual freezing process of polar microregions, which arises from the inhomogeneous crystal structure of this kind of material.
Journal ArticleDOI
Transient ordered phases with different structure types along a phase-decomposition path
Journal ArticleDOI
Dielectric response process in relaxor ferroelectrics
TL;DR: In this article, the dielectric response process of relaxor ferroelectrics is simulated by the Monte Carlo method and it is proved that the polar microregions switch among different polarization directions as a whole under the electrical field.
Journal ArticleDOI
Distribution of relaxation times in perovskite‐type relaxor ferroelectrics
TL;DR: In this paper, the distribution of relaxation times in perovskite-type relaxor ferroelectrics is studied by computer simulation and it is proved that the spectra move to longer relaxation times with the decreasing of temperature and the increasing of the external field.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spontaneous polarization in lead magnesium niobate relaxor
TL;DR: In this article, a theoretical model was proposed to calculate spontaneous polarization in PMN relaxors, where the Nb ions in the ordered microregions displace cooperatively due to the structure homogeneity.
