Evaluation of the Rapid Sepsityper protocol and specific MBT-Sepsityper module for the identification of bacteremia and fungemia using Bruker Biotyper MALDI-TOF MS.
TL;DR: The Rapid Sepsityper protocol with a specific MBT-SepSityper module (Bruker Daltonics) based on the MALDI Biotyper platform, accurately identified 93.5% (116/124) of microorganisms at the species level in the 124 flagged blood culture samples from patients with monomicrobial bloodstream infections as discussed by the authors .
DM-power: an algorithm for high precision dispersion measure with application to fast radio bursts
Hsiu-Hsien Lin,Robert Main,Ue Li Pen,Robert Wharton,Marlon Luis Bause,Suryarao Bethapudi,Dongzi Li,Fangru Lin,Visweshwar Ram Marthi,Laura Spitler +9 more
TL;DR: DM-power as mentioned in this paper is a new method for precisely determining the dispersion measure (DM) of radio bursts, and apply it to the Fast Radio Burst (FRB) source FRB~20180916B.

Vanderlinde,Dallas Wulf +41 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors study the 10 fast radio bursts (FRBs) detected in the far side-lobe region of the CHIME telescope from 2018 August 28 to 2021 August 31.
Journal ArticleDOI
The Luminosity Function of Field Galaxies in the CNOC1 Redshift Survey
TL;DR: In this article, the luminosity function for 389 field galaxies from the Canadian Network for Observational Cosmology cluster redshift survey (CNOC1), over redshifts z = 0.2-0.6, was computed.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors reported ten fast radio bursts (FRBs) detected in the far side-lobe region (i.e., $\geq 5^\circ$ off-meridian) of the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment (CHIME) from 2018 August 28 to 2021 August 31.
