Simple and green synthesis of nitrogen-, sulfur-, and phosphorus-co-doped carbon dots with tunable luminescence properties and sensing application

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple and green approach to prepare water-soluble, nitrogen-, sulfur-, and phosphorus-co-doped carbon dots (N/S/P-CDs) by one step hydrothermal treatment of cucumber juice is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Salt Effect on the Aggregation Behavior of 1-Decyl-3-methylimidazolium Bromide in Aqueous Solutions

TL;DR: The IL aggregates were found to grow slowly as the increase of the salt concentrations under studied static conditions, and resulting in the increased aggregation number of the IL.
Journal ArticleDOI

Exceptional High and Reversible Ammonia Uptake by Two Dimension Few-layer BiI3 Nanosheets.

TL;DR: In this paper, a few-layer BiI3 nanosheets were used for NH3 capture and recovery from ammonia emissions in hot tail gas of some industrial processes, and the results showed that NH3 uptake was completely reversible and no clear loss in uptake capacity was observed after 10 cycles of adsorption-desorption.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nanoplasmonically Engineered Interfaces on Amorphous TiO2 for Highly Efficient Photocatalysis in Hydrogen Evolution

TL;DR: The nanoplasmonic metal-driven photocatalytic activity depends heavily on the spacing between metal nanoparticles (NPs) and semiconductors, and this work shows that ethylene glycol (EG) is an ideal candidate for interface spacer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hierarchically porous covalent organic frameworks assembled in ionic liquids for highly effective catalysis of C–C coupling reactions

TL;DR: In this article, a facile synthesis of hierarchically porous COFs (HP-COFs) under mild conditions in ionic liquids 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborates ([Cnmim][BF4], n = 4, 6, 10).
