Journal ArticleDOI

Pharmacokinetics of L-749,345, a long-acting carbapenem antibiotic, in primates.

TL;DR: The chimpanzee pharmacokinetics was predictive of human results and indicated a compound that was superior to IPM and approached CTX in its ability to persist in the circulation and the extended half-life at elimination phase of L-749,345 allows consideration of single daily dosing.
Journal Article

Anti-CD11b antibody prevents immunopathologic changes in viable moth-eaten bone marrow chimeric mice.

TL;DR: The contention that CD11b molecules expressed in the myelomonocytic cells play a critical role in this naturally occurring inflammatory disease, the viable moth-eaten (mev) mutant mouse, is supported.
Journal ArticleDOI

S1P1-selective agonist SEW2871 exacerbates reperfusion arrhythmias.

TL;DR: The first demonstration of the critical role of the S1P1 receptor in I/R injury is demonstrated, leading to irreversible reperfusion tachyarrhythmias in 60% of the hearts.
