Journal ArticleDOI

Utilization of metallic Ag and Ag+ ions to optimize room-temperature TCR and MR of La0.7(Ca0.205Sr0.095)MnO3:xAg2O composites

TL;DR: In this article, high-density La0.7(Ca0.205Sr0.095)MnO3:xAg2O composites (LCSMO:xA, 0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5) are successfully fabricated by using a combination of sol-gel and solid-state methods.
Journal ArticleDOI

Silver addition in polycrystalline La0.7Ca0.3MnO3: Large magnetoresistance and anisotropic magnetoresistance for manganite sensors

TL;DR: In this article, a polycrystalline La 0.7Ca 0.3MnO3 was fabricated by sol-gel and solid-phase addition methods, and large magnetoresistance (MR) and anisotropic spin-orbit coupling (SOC) effect was attributed to the additive Ag−addition.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of annealing atmosphere on thermoelectric signals from ZnO films

TL;DR: In this article, the laser induced thermoelectric voltage (LITV) was measured along the tilting angle orientation of the substrate when the pulsed KrF excimer laser was irradiated on the films.
Journal ArticleDOI

La1−xCaxMnO3:Ag0.2 (0.25 ≤ x ≤ 0.31) ceramics with high temperature coefficient of resistivity under magnetic field

TL;DR: In this article, a polycrystalline ceramic La1−xCaxMnO3:Ag0.2 was fabricated by sol-gel and solid-phase doping methods, and subsequently vast TCR was obtained in the magnetic field for ceramic with x = 0.2.
