Highly stable CsPbBr3 quantum dots coated with alkyl phosphate for white light-emitting diodes
Tongtong Xuan,Xianfeng Yang,Sunqi Lou,Sunqi Lou,Junjian Huang,Yong Liu,Jinbo Yu,Huili Li,Ka-Leung Wong,Chengxin Wang,Jing Wang +10 more
TL;DR: This work developed a simple strategy to synthesize alkyl phosphate (TDPA) coated CsPbBr3 QDs by using 1-tetradecylphosphonic acid both as the ligand for the CspbBr 3 QDs and as the precursor for the formation of alkyL phosphate.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and Photoluminescence Properties of β-sialon:Eu[sup 2+] (Si[sub 6−z]Al[sub z]O[sub z]N[sub 8−z]:Eu[sup 2+])
Journal ArticleDOI
Microwave-Assisted Synthesis of CdS/ZnS:Cu Quantum Dots for White Light-Emitting Diodes with High Color Rendition
TL;DR: In this article, high color rendition white light was generated from the CdS/ZnS:Cu QDs-assisted phosphor-converted white light-emitting diode (WLED) in which there was no reabsorption between quantum dots and phosphors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal structure and photoluminescence of Mn2+–Mg2+ codoped gamma aluminum oxynitride (γ-AlON): A promising green phosphor for white light-emitting diodes
TL;DR: In this article, the crystal structure and luminescence of a green gamma aluminum oxynitride phosphor was reported, codoped with Mn2+ and Mg2+, with a single cubic spinel phase, and a broad emission band centered at 520nm and a full width at half maximum of 44nm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nitrogen-doped carbon microspheres derived from oatmeal as high capacity and superior long life anode material for sodium ion battery
TL;DR: In this article, Nitrogen-doped carbon microspheres (NCSs) derived from oatmeal are employed as anodes for sodium ion batteries (SIBs).
