Metabolomic analyses reveals new stage-specific features of the COVID-19.
Hong-Ling Jia,Hong-Ling Jia,Chaowu Liu,Dantong Li,Qingsheng Huang,Dong Liu,Ying Zhang,Chang Ye,Di Zhou,Yang Wang,Yanlian Tan,Kuibiao Li,Fangqin Lin,Haiqing Zhang,Jingchao Lin,Xu Yang,Jingwen Liu,Qing Zeng,Jian Hong,Guobing Chen,Hao Zhang,Lingling Zheng,Xilong Deng,Changwen Ke,Yunfei Gao,Jun Fan,Biao Di,Huiying Liang +27 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a comprehensive view of metabolic characterization of sera from COVID-19 patients at all stages using untargeted and targeted metabolomic analysis was provided, which suggests that metabolic reprogramming of glucose metabolism and urea cycle are potential pathological mechanisms for COVID19 progression.
Journal ArticleDOI
Drug repositioning based on network-specific core genes identifies potential drugs for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder in children.
Huan Gao,Yuan Ni,Xueying Mo,Dantong Li,Shan Teng,Qingsheng Huang,Shuai Huang,Guangjian Liu,Sheng Zhang,Yaping Tang,Long Lu,Long Lu,Huiying Liang +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a network-based core gene identification method was proposed to identify the pathogenic genes of ASD, and two proposed drug repositioning methods were evaluated using gene network analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Subgrouping by gene expression profiles to improve relapse risk prediction in paediatric B-precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used gene expression profiles to predict minimal residual disease (MRD) and relapse-free survival (RFS) in B-precursor ALL patients.
