Journal ArticleDOI
Polycaprolactone based electrospun matrices loaded with Ag/hydroxyapatite as wound dressings: Morphology, cell adhesion, and antibacterial activity.
Abeer A. Hassan,Abeer A. Hassan,Hyam A. Radwan,Said A. Abdelaal,Najlaa S. Al-Radadi,M.K. Ahmed,M.K. Ahmed,Kamel R. Shoueir,Mayssa Abdel Hady +8 more
TL;DR: Hydroxyapatite doped with different concentrations of silver ions (HAP) were incorporated into electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds of polycaprolactone (PCL) using the electrospinning technique and illustrated that cells were able to grow and spread not only on the fibers' surface but also, they were spreading and adhered through the deep pores.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design, synthesis, in vitro anticancer and antimicrobial evaluation, SAR analysis, molecular docking and dynamic simulation of new pyrazoles, triazoles and pyridazines based isoxazole
Hyam A. Radwan,Iqrar Ahmad,Ismail M.M. Othman,Mohamed A. M. Gad-Elkareem,Harun M. Patel,Kais Aouadi,Mejdi Snoussi,Adel Kadri +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , a series of pyrazoles, triazoles and pyridazines based isoxazole were synthesized, and well characterized, and the properties of these compounds were evaluated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds of ε-polycaprolactone containing graphene oxide and encapsulated with magnetite nanoparticles for wound healing utilizations
Zehbah Ali Al-Ahmed,Badreah A. Al Jahdaly,Hyam A. Radwan,Hyam A. Radwan,Abeer A Hassana,Abeer A Hassana,Albandary Almahri,M.K. Ahmed,Mohamed M. Taher +8 more
TL;DR: Design of new scaffold for wound healing and disinfection utilization could be reached via tailoring of electrospun products encapsulating with biocompatible substances such as graphene oxide and magnetite.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrospun Polycaprolactone Nanofibrous Webs Containing Cu–Magnetite/Graphene Oxide for Cell Viability, Antibacterial Performance, and Dye Decolorization from Aqueous Solutions
Hyam A. Radwan,Hyam A. Radwan,Rabab A. Ismail,Said A. Abdelaal,Badreah A. Al Jahdaly,Albandary Almahri,M.K. Ahmed,Kamel R. Shoueir +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a fine powder of magnetite nanoparticles (MNPs) was doped with different contents of copper (Cu) through a mat of graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets.
Journal ArticleDOI
