Journal ArticleDOI
Recommending suitable learning scenarios according to learners' preferences: An improved swarm based approach
TL;DR: A new method based on the ant colony optimisation algorithm and adaptation of the solution to the changing optimum is proposed and a simulation process with a dynamic change of learning paths when new LOs are inserted was chosen to verify the method proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Recommending suitable learning paths according to learners' preferences
TL;DR: The results of empirical experiment have shown that learning in the proposed prototype of e-learning system applying created recommending method improves students' learning results and saves their learning time, indicating that the developed adaptive method for personalising learning units is practically applicable in e- learning and enhances the learning quality.

Evaluation of quality of personalised learning scenarios: An improved MCEQLS AHP method
Journal ArticleDOI
New MCEQLS AHP method for evaluating quality of learning scenarios
TL;DR: A new MCEQLS AHP method for the expert evaluation of quality of learning scenarios with special attention to suitability of scenarios to particular learner groups (styles) is presented.
