Journal ArticleDOI

Vibration-dependent photoelectron angular distributions and branching ratios observed across the Cooper-minimum region of bromobenzene

TL;DR: In this article, a wide range of Franck-Condon approximation breakdown detected in the anisotropy parameter in the absence of any resonance was demonstrated, and measured and calculated vibrational branching ratios for these states were also presented.
Posted ContentDOI

Conformer-Dependent VUV Photodynamics and Chiral Asymmetries in Pure Enantiomers of Gas Phase Proline

TL;DR: In this paper, the conformer-dependant cation fragmentation behavior was measured in the VUV photoionization of proline, which allowed a refinement of the conformational landscape and energetic ordering, that proves inaccessible to current molecular electronic structure calculations.
Journal ArticleDOI

The H2 elimination reactions of Ã2B3g C2H4+ and C2D4+

TL;DR: In this article, a photoelectron-photoion coincidence technique was used to obtain kinetic energy releases from the unimolecular H2 (D2) elimination reactions of energy-selected A2B3gC2H4+(C2D4+) with a small reverse activation energy barrier of the order of 0.02 eV.
