A chemical solution transport mechanism for one-dimensional growth of CdS nanowires

TL;DR: In this paper, a chemical solution transport (CST) growth has been proposed for the formation of CdS nanowires from the solution phase, where PAA layers overcoverage the nanewires, which serve to terminate the growth in the lateral direction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of Nanocrystalline Cobalt Selenide in Nonaqueous Solvent

TL;DR: In this article, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize cobalt selenide nanocrystals.
Journal ArticleDOI

A solvothermal route to wurtzite ZnSe nanoparticles

TL;DR: In this article, the formation of ZnSe nanoparticles was investigated by infrared and thermal analysis, and it was shown that spherical and laminar morphology were produced by pyrolysis and protonization, respectively.
