TL;DR: In this paper, an empirical study of the relationship between sustainability performance and business competitiveness of international construction contractors is presented, showing that contractors with high sustainability performance can expect higher international revenue growth and sustainability performance is likely to become an opportunity for competitive advantage in the international construction market.

The feasibility of concentrated rural settlement in a context of post-disaster reconstruction: a study of China.
TL;DR: It is contended that the implementation of concentrated rural settlement practice under disaster-induced conditions is more effective than its introduction under development-driven conditions, and the results indicate that, in China, concentrated rural settlements is feasible in a context of post-disaster reconstruction.
