Journal ArticleDOI

Photoluminescence of Tetragonal ZrO2 Nanoparticles Synthesized by Microwave Irradiation

TL;DR: Polymer-stabilized tetragonal ZrO(2) nanopowders with average size of ca.
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization and synthesis of pure ZrO2 nanopowders via sonochemical method

TL;DR: In this paper, the structure of as-synthesized samples (ZrO{sub 2}{center_dot}nH{sub2}O) and the formation mechanism of ZrO-sub 2} nanopowders are also discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electric double-layer capacitors using carbon nanotube electrodes and organic electrolyte

TL;DR: Porous tablets of carbon nanotubes were used as polarizable electrodes in electric double-layer capacitors (EDLC) as discussed by the authors, and an energy density of about 20 W h/kg of EDLC was obtained on a single cell device with an organic liquid solvent as electrolyte.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrical conductivity and field emission characteristics of hot-pressed sintered carbon nanotubes

TL;DR: In this paper, a soft sinter of pure carbon nanotubes was fabricated by hot-pressing under the conditions of 2273K/25MPa/Ar/1h.
