Experimental observation of magnetoelectricity in spin ice Dy$_2$Ti$_2$O$_7$
TL;DR: In this article, the magnetoelectricity of rare-earth pyrochlore was investigated by probing the ferroelectricity, spin dynamics, and dielectric behaviors, showing that the lower transition temperature coincides with the Ising-spin paramagnetic transition point, below which the quasi-particle-like monopoles are populated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrostatic pressure induced structural instability and dielectric property of cubic BaZrO3
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the structure instability resulting from softening of the polar zone-center phonon mode [ferroelectric (FE) instability] and nonpolar zone-boundary mode [antiferrodistortive (AFD) instability], in cubic BaZrO(3) (BZO) under hydrostatic pressure P from -20 to 90 GPa.
Journal ArticleDOI
Low biased voltage induced textured growth of LiNbO3 films on silicon wafer
TL;DR: In this paper, a low electric biased voltage of up to 120 V applied during pulsed laser deposition of LiNbO3 films has been found to have a significant influence on the orientation of LiNs3 films.
Journal ArticleDOI
Chemically modulated multiferroicity in Dy-doped Gd2Ti2O7
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the ferroelectricity and magnetoelectric coupling of Gd2Ti2O7 and Gd 2−xDyxTi 2O7 with Dy3+ substitution and showed that the Dy 3+ substitution in Gd+xDy2O 7 results in significant enhancement of polarization with remarkable magnetic response up to 35% at 2'K under a magnetic field of 9'T.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long non-coding RNA PVT1 regulates glioma proliferation, invasion, and aerobic glycolysis via miR-140-5p.
TL;DR: The article "Long non-coding RNA PVT1 regulates glioma proliferation, invasion, and aerobic glycolysis via miR-140-5p, by Y. Shao, H.-T. Chen, Q. Ma, Y. Zhang, Y.-Q. Liu published in Eur Rev Med Pharmacol Sci 2020"; has been withdrawn from the authors.
