Oxygen vacancy mediated conductivity and charge transport properties of epitaxial Ba0.6La0.4TiO3−δ thin films

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the oxygen vacancy (VO) regarding the microstructure, conductivity, and charge transport mechanisms of epitaxial Ba0.6La0.4TiO3−δ (BLTO) films were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ultralow-loss domain wall motion driven by a magnetocrystalline anisotropy gradient in an antiferromagnetic nanowire

TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the domain wall motion of an antiferromagnetic nanowire driven by the voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy gradient, and showed that this motion is accelerated for the large gradient due to the enlarged domain wall width.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic properties of Sm-based bulk metallic glasses

TL;DR: In this paper, a detailed investigation on the magnetization and specific heat of Sm-based ternary bulk metallic glasses with different Co contents at low temperature was performed, and it was revealed that the Co atoms play an important role in modulating the physical properties of the present Sm-Based Ternary metallic glasses.
Journal ArticleDOI

Pulsed laser deposition of zirconium silicate thin films as candidate gate dielectrics

TL;DR: In this article, the morphology and electrical properties of thin films of zirconium silicate ZrxSi1-xO2 (with x = 0.69) are characterized under different deposition and postannealing conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Giant electronic polarization induced by a helical spin order in SrMn7O12: First-principles calculations

TL;DR: In this article, the magnetic ground state and electronic structure of mixed-valent manganite SrMn7O12 in the rhombohedral symmetry were investigated in detail.
