Journal ArticleDOI

Electromagnetic structure of the helium isotopes

TL;DR: In this paper, the elastic-electron scattering cross sections from nucleon-nucleon scattering were measured at incident electron energies between 170 and 750 MeV and the Rosenbluth formula was used to separate the cross sections into their longitudinal (charge) and transverse (magnetic) contributions.
Journal ArticleDOI

A New measurement of the spin dependent structure function g1(x) of the deuteron

D. L. Adams, +151 more
- 31 Aug 1995 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the spin-dependent structure function g 1 d of the deuteron was measured in deep inelastic scattering of 190 GeV polarised muons on polarised deuterons, in the kinematic range 0.003 x 2 Q 2 2.
Journal ArticleDOI

Charge density of 4He

TL;DR: In this paper, the elastic electron scattering from 4 He at medium momentum transfers is presented and the charge density and rms-radius (1.674 ± 0.012 fm) are obtained from a model independent analysis of all available electron scattering data.
