TL;DR: Sonographic findings of a markedly heterogeneous intratesticular mass with or without alternating hypo- and hyperechoic layers surrounded by a hypoechoic or echogenic rim and the absence of flow on color Doppler sonography suggest the preoperative diagnosis of testicular epidermoid cysts.
