Journal ArticleDOI

Laser ablation of polyetheretherketone films for reversible wafer bonding

TL;DR: In this paper, a reversible wafer bonding method has been developed that enables high-temperature processing of thinned silicon wafers, which is accomplished by UV laser ablation through the Pyrex carrier and can be facilitated by coating the pyrex wafer with Teflon.
Journal ArticleDOI

Platelet Composite Coatings for Tin Whisker Mitigation

TL;DR: In this article, the authors report tin-penetration resistance of the coatings was evaluated at elevated temperature and high humidity and under temperature cycling conditions, and found that the platelet composites have enhanced thermal conductivity and dielectric constant compared with unfilled polymers.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Spectral Emissivity of Iron‐Nickel Alloys

TL;DR: In this paper, the spectral emissivity of FeNi alloys has been determined for λ=6700A and shows changes with temperature which indicate that in the temperature range of 1200°K to 1600°K abnormal behaviors exist which hitherto have not been suspected.
Journal ArticleDOI

Thermodynamic properties of model CdTe/CdSe mixtures

TL;DR: In this article, the Gibbs free energy of binary compound mixtures of CdTe and CdSe was derived using the Stillinger-Weber Hamiltonian model, and the potential energy exhibits a positive deviation from ideal soluton behaviour.
