Robust Reconstruction with Nonconvex Subset Constraints: A Polynomial Optimization Approach

TL;DR: This paper reformulates the robust inverse problem as a rational optimization problem, and incorporates nonconvex constraints such as unions of subsets and piecewise rational functions into the considered framework.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Spatially variant PSF modeling in confocal macroscopy

TL;DR: An experiment and an optimization method for assessing the center of the field of view in fluorescence macroscopy and the obtained results constitute an important step towards reducing the number of parameters in Macroscopy PSF models.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

A block-based predictive lossless cod for quincunx multispectral images

TL;DR: Simulation tests carried out on natural multicomponent images show that the proposed adaptive interband differential prediction outperforms state-of-art lossless coders.

Inversion of Integral Models: a Neural Network Approach

TL;DR: In this article, a neural network architecture is proposed to solve inverse problems linked to a onedimensional integral operator, which is built by unfolding a forward-backward algorithm derived from the minimization of an objective function which consists of the sum of a data-fidelity function and a Tikhonov-type regularization function.
