Improving safety through applied behavior analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, an attempt to improve safety in an industrial plant through the use of applied behavior analysis was reported. But, the application of behavioral safety performance of all employees of the plant was observed and recorded with a behavior observation instrument consisting of 35 specifically identified key behaviors.
