TL;DR: In this paper, a preparation method for a magnetic nano nuclear shell catalyst and an application of the preparation method is described, which comprises the following steps: using polysaccharide extracted from foliumnelumbinis as a carbon source, and loading the poly-charide on Fe3O4, and immerging the Fe 3O4@C in CH2Cl2 solution of FeCl3, washing, drying to obtain a Fe3Cl2@C@Fe3 catalyst, wherein the catalyst is used for a Ferrier rearrangement reaction of 3,
